How fee information is provided and protected, and how refunds are considered.

Eligible students receive fees, payment terms and refund conditions in writing before they enrol, in a written fee offer or enrolment confirmation. Other charges, if any, are listed under Other charges on the course fees page.
Individual prepaid fees for the same VET course will not exceed $1,500 at any time. Payment timing is set out in your written fee offer or enrolment confirmation.
Nothing on this page limits your consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Where an unsolicited consumer agreement applies, a mandatory cooling-off period of 10 business days applies. Any additional voluntary cooling-off period for online enrolments will be stated in your enrolment confirmation if offered.
If EESI cancels a course or cannot deliver it as agreed, you can choose either an equivalent course at no extra cost, where one is available, or a refund of prepaid fees for training not delivered. Refund timing and method will be stated in your enrolment confirmation.
If you withdraw before your course starts, any fees you have paid are refunded in full. No administration fee applies. Refund timing and method will be stated in your enrolment confirmation.
If you withdraw after commencement, any fee for training already delivered is based on the fee set out in your written fee offer or enrolment confirmation and the portion of training delivered. Fees for training not yet delivered are not charged, or are refunded in full if you have already paid them. The exact calculation is set out in your enrolment confirmation.
No administration fee applies to withdrawal (see Other charges on the course fees page). No other withdrawal charges apply.
Where an employer or sponsoring organisation pays your fees, those fees are set out in your written fee offer and are not published on this website. You still receive the fees, payment terms and refund conditions in writing before you enrol. Refunds are paid to whoever paid the fees. Nothing in an employer arrangement limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Training recognition: Energy Efficiency Skills Institute is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 46127). Nationally recognised training is delivered only where a course is listed as accredited or includes nationally recognised units of competency. Some short courses may be non-accredited industry training.
