Fee information before enrolment

Fees are published before enrolment. Current published fees are listed on the course fees page and confirmed in your enrolment confirmation.

Prepaid fees

Individual prepaid fees for the same VET course will not exceed $1,500 at any time. Payments are staged where a course fee is higher.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing on this page limits your consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Where an unsolicited consumer agreement applies, a mandatory cooling-off period of 10 business days applies. Any additional voluntary cooling-off period for online enrolments will be stated in your enrolment confirmation if offered.

Provider default

If EESI cancels a course and cannot offer you a suitable alternative, you may receive an equivalent course at no extra cost, or a refund of prepaid fees for services not delivered. Refund timing and method will be stated in your enrolment confirmation.

Withdrawal after commencement

Withdrawal after commencement may attract a proportionate fee for training already delivered, calculated as the published course fee multiplied by the portion of the course delivered. The exact calculation is set out in your enrolment confirmation.

No other withdrawal charges apply.

How to request a refund

Refund requests are made in writing to info@eesi.edu.au.

If you disagree with a fee or refund decision

Fee and refund complaints are handled through our complaints and appeals process.
