Energy Efficiency Skills Institute (RTO 46127) exists to lift skills, safety and quality across Australia's insulation and building performance industries.
EESI was established as a Registered Training Organisation focused on the practical skills needed for modern insulation, energy efficiency and building performance work. We work with individual installers, employers, contractors and industry partners to build a workforce capable of meeting rising building performance standards.
Our training reflects real Australian site conditions — from residential retrofits to large-scale construction projects — and is designed to support workforce capability, retrofit quality, safety and installation standards across the industry.
We deliver training relevant to Brisbane, Sydney, Perth, Melbourne and communities across Australia, with flexible options for individual and employer group training.

Training recognition: Energy Efficiency Skills Institute is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 46127). Nationally recognised training is delivered only where a course is listed as accredited or includes nationally recognised units of competency. Some short courses may be non-accredited industry training.
